Welcome to Highland Kennels, bringing you the "Ultimate All Purpose Companion."
It is our goal and dedication here at Highland Labradors to produce Quality AKC registered companions. Our dogs are intelligent, well socialized, lovable family dogs and loyal hunting companions.
Our English labs have a wonderful, low key and loving temperament.
They are very bright and intelligent. They have a strong
drive about them when it comes to retrieving,
as these are the characteristics of this breed.
They love the water, but most of all, they loves us humans!
They just want to have fun with you, with or without ducks.
~Located in Akron, Ohio within Summit County.
~ Our puppies are ready to be viewed here at our kennel at 4 weeks of age by appointment only. Due to "Covid-19" there will be no visitation to the whelping area or kennel before pick up of puppy. We are very sorry, but I'm sure everyone understands the circumstances. Thank you!

In Loving Memory of my Mother & Best-friend. She warmed your heart with a genuine uplifting spirit, dependable, hard working, and trust worthy always sacrificing herself for others! She led us by her wisdom, insight & courageous strength. Her laughter & smile were infectious & filled your heart with much joy! Thank you all for your prayers, thoughts & help as she fought the battle with cancer.
She shared these verses with us before her new beginning:
John 12:24 & Psalm 116:15 say it best as she went from this place unto glory with Christ Jesus.

Although the sun goes down each night and leaves a darkened shore, it rises on another land to spread its light once more. So we can be as certain now, though loved ones leave our sight, they pass into a world of joy...a world within God's light.
May you find comfort in knowing that when God calls His children home, He leads them along a shining path into a place of love, light and peace...into the everlasting joy of eternal life with Him.
