Our Stud Service is:
Fee will be $800.00 to $1000.00 depending on the choice
of stud, please remember all females must be free and clear of any and all diseases, including brucellosis
results within 10 days prior to breeding and must have current vaccines including their bordetella.
Breeding with females is at our discretion. (We will want to check their registration, bloodlines, results
for EIC, CNM, OFA clearances and shot records before consideration takes place)

Puppy Reservations and prices as follows:
To secure your puppy, requires a DEPOSIT of $300.00 NON-REFUNDABLE
($315.00 if using PayPal). This informs us that you are serious about your adoption and you have read and agreed to
our Written Health Guarantee/Buyer's Contract first before placing your deposit. (There is a link at the top of
the Navigation bar and the top of this page)
The
cost for our Yellows, Blacks and Chocolates, (blacks and chocolates coming in the near future) start
at $800.00, however some litters may be more due to the quality of the litter and or use of an outside stud dog that
would make the price go up in cost.
Fox
Red puppies will be $1200.00
If
you choose to use our PayPal service, then an additional charge of the following will be added to your payment for processing
fees:
$15.00 will be added for the $300.00 Deposit
$20.00 will be added for the $600.00 Remaining Balance
$30.00 will be added for the $900.00 Remaining Balance
$35.00 will be added for the $1200.00 Full Price option,
by clicking these PayPal options, you agree to these terms and understand that these processing fee's are non-refundable.
By clicking the PayPal (add to cart) button shows us that you have: READ and
you AGREE to all the terms and conditions of our Health Guarantee/Buyer's Contract before placing an order for a puppy.
Please read and understand there is a written health guarantee on our puppies, click
on the link at the top of this page to view what you will need to sign when purchasing one our puppies. For your
reassurance please be informed that all the terms and conditions in this sample are exactly as it appears on our contract,
excluding only the signature portions and balance due, as well as the AKC registration part for the parents and pup.
Your signed contract (at puppy pick up time) will be your final receipt of sale.
Our puppies will be sold with Limited Registration (no breeding rights).
We reserve the right to decide who we may (If at all) sell with Full registration. There
may be a possibility for full registration depending on many other reasons, along with other stipulations that may
be required on your part. This will be decided at our discretion. Limited registration is still AKC
papered.
We reserve the right
of first pick from each of our litters. Our policy for choosing puppies will be; First to visit our kennel and choose a gender specific puppy from a litter will have first choice,
(not first deposit) unless other arrangements have been made with us to choose for you, due to other
circumstances i.e. over seas/out of state customer's. After placing your deposits, we will be sure to keep you updated
with information concerning the puppies as well as pictures on the web site. If by some chance a puppy of gender, color
is not produced in the litter you choose, then you can move your deposit to another litter of your choice. As
we cannot always predict how many of what color or gender's will be available and deposits are non-refundable.
Please note: Call us first so that we can meet you and also check on
availability of puppies before sending a deposit. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY DEPOSITS!

The best advice I can give to you for your new
puppy is CRATE-TRAIN your dog. I am a firm believer in crates, I have a web site link here for more information on quality
and affordable crates to place INSIDE your home. This is the best service you can share with your dog. Please
remember to remove puppies collar before placing them inside their crate (you do not want any accidents to happen).
I will have a print out for all new owners with this information.
PLEASE click on the link I have made available for you to find out pricing and sizes. I will say that
for a male lab you should probably plan on getting the X-Large cage so he will have enough room to stretch out in.
I have found that revival sells them the cheapest (even after shipping is tacked on) and they are much more sturdy than the
brands at your local stores. Crates protect your home and your puppy while you are asleep at night and while your away
from home.
